All services provided by VirtualOx B.V. are subject to the NLdigital Terms 2025, the standard terms for the Dutch digital sector, deposited at the District Court Midden-Nederland, location Utrecht.
The product-specific terms below supplement the NLdigital Terms 2025. In case of conflict between these product-specific terms and the NLdigital Terms, these product-specific terms shall prevail.
By installing or using QuarantineFox ("the Add-in"), you agree to these Terms of Use and the NLdigital Terms 2025. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Add-in.
VirtualOx B.V., operating under the trade name JustFox ("we", "us"), grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Add-in in connection with a valid Microsoft 365 subscription. You may not:
QuarantineFox provides one-click access to the Microsoft 365 email quarantine portal. It automatically detects your cloud environment (Commercial, GCC, GCC High, DoD) and opens the correct Microsoft Defender quarantine URL in your default browser.
The Add-in is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Add-in will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the quarantine portal URLs will remain unchanged.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law and in accordance with Article 15 of the NLdigital Terms 2025, VirtualOx B.V. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Add-in.
JustFox is a trade name of VirtualOx B.V. QuarantineFox, all associated logos, designs, and intellectual property rights are the property of VirtualOx B.V. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved. Article 7 of the NLdigital Terms 2025 applies.
The Add-in opens Microsoft Defender security portals, which are third-party services operated by Microsoft Corporation. Your use of these portals is governed by Microsoft's terms and privacy policies.
We may update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the Add-in after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Add-in at any time, without notice, for any reason. Article 14 of the NLdigital Terms 2025 applies.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Dispute resolution is subject to Article 18 of the NLdigital Terms 2025, including arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Regulations of the Foundation for the Settlement of Automation Disputes (SGOA).
